These rules come into effect NOW as of the 6th January 2011


1.  I am a human being and have a family and work around my other commitments.  I do my very best and work very hard to meet all requirements.  I am happy to personalise anything I can for you in an way that I can.  Please ask and I will do my very best to help you.  If you have an idea do share it and I will try to make something to suit that idea.


2.  I check my emails BecauseMemoriesMatter@hotmail.co.uk  and CarLisaCrafts@hotmail.co.uk at regular intervals throughout the day.  These are the best form of communication with me.  You can also PM me Caron Haskell Ridings on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1562494771 should you need to.  


3.  All orders must be paid for BEFORE items will be made or dispatched.  I have on previous occasions made things 1st but as I have numerous items here made and unpaid for that is no longer possible. If you have issues regarding payments of things or need to do so in parts on pay days please e-mail me and we will come to an agreement but you MUST talk to me 1st.


4.   I now charge for postage BUT only what the stamps cost me, no more.  All the packaging part is free and you will NOT be charged for that.  All orders will now be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class but with the signed for option attached which allows for tracking.  You can if you wish remove the signed for option depending on the size of the order but again that is your personal choice.    You can also choose to have your item sent via special delivery at your expense.

Please remember I am NOT responsible for ROYAL MAIL.  If I have done my part then I am not to blame if an item doesn't arrive on time as it should.


5.  Orders can take up to 28 days for dispatch, may take less but it depnds on the time of year and the amount of work that I have.  If you need something for a certain date then PLEASE tell me as I won't know you need it in 3 days if you don't tell me!!  If I can do short notice items I will but again ask 1st please and if I can help you then I will.    I will try and keep you updated as much as I can via e-mail or PM depending on which you use.


6.  Please can you ensure that you give me the correct address as I have several occasions where things have been sent wrongly as paypal addresses are incorrect.  I ALWAYS use the paypal address which should be correct.  Please ensure that if it isn't you let me know as soon as possible.


7.  I accept PAYPAL as my prefered method of payment however I will accept POSTAL ORDERS but they MUST be UNCROSSED.  Please ask at you local post office for details of how to do this.  I will accept cash if you collect or if you wish to send it by snail mail howvere it is at your own risk.  I will let you know as and when I recieve the payment and again no items will be released until I have that payment.


8.  If ordering from abroad.  I will do this however each and every order will be different.  I will have to inform you of how much your postage is by weight and then send you an invoice via paypal.  If you wish to bank transfer monies then this can be arranged however again no items will be released until payment is clear.  I will need a CONFIRMED address please and will send by Royal Mail International Economy unless you request other wise.  This is Airmail.  All destinations through will be different time scales.  


9.  Proof of purchase will always be obtained and will be shown should you request to see it.

 

10.  NO ITEMS will be replaced if lost by Royal Mail.  I will help you with all claims for missing items by providing you with the receipts which I will keep a copy of.


11.  Any rare mistakes to items made by myself or my packers will be rectified free of charge (of course it goes without saying)


12.  Personalised cards and gifts are NON-RETURNABLE


13.  Refunds are given at my own discretion depending on the circumstances.
