Making an order personal using www.Paypal.co.uk
If you would like to personalise a box, then here is all you need to do to order your box.
Once you have found the shape and size you would like, please type in the option box which colour you would like, then select the number of boxes you would like to order. Once you have done this, click on the "Add to my Cart" button. This will bring up a new window for your cart using Paypal.co.uk. If there are more items you would like to order, click the "Continue Shopping" button. This will close this window and take you back the our website. Once you have finished, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button, which will take you to the log in page of Paypal.co.uk.
After logging in to your Paypal account, a review of your payment will appear on the screen. Under the description of your chosen item(s), there is a box which says "Add Special Instructions to Merchant". In this box please add your personal choices, such as lettering (glitter letters/plain letters), angel/topper (angel - colour, sex, hair colour, bald or with a hat), date of birth, full names, any quote/saying you would like, and anything else you would like on your box or in it.
Once you have done this, and checked the payment details, click on the "Pay Now" button, which will complete your transaction. We will then contact you when we receive your order, to check all the details and make sure it's perfect for you.
Making an order personal using cheques and postal orders
If you would like to make an order but don't have a Paypal account, please don't worry. We also accept cheques and uncrossed postal orders. To order a box paying by cheque/postal order, please use the contact form to request our payment address. We will then email you with details, which you can then reply to with personal details of your box (size, shape, colour, lettering - glitter letters/plain letters, angel/topper - angel colour, sex, hair colour, bald or with a hat, date of birth, full names, any quote/saying you would like, and anything else you would like on your box or in it).
Postage
When we post orders, we alwyas get proof of posting and post first class. However, recently Royal Mail has been taking far longer than two days to deliver parcels, some have taken as long as 3 weeks, so please be aware it may take a total of 28 days for your box to arrive. If you would like it sooner, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss alternative delivery arrangements as next day guaranteed delivery or recorded delivery options are available at an extra cost.
